Next week, a total of seven new IPOs will go public. Two of them will be mainboard, and the other five will be SME.

Popular Vehicles and Krystal Integrated are the only two mainboard IPOs that will happen next week. The five SME IPOs that will happen next week are Pratham EPC, Signoria Creations, Royal Sense, AVP Infracon, and KP Green Engineering.

Seven new initial public offers (IPOs) are set to go live on Dalal Street next week, which should make the Indian stock market very busy. Through this IPO, the company hopes to earn ₹605 crore. Of this amount, ₹250 crore will be used to issue new shares, and the rest will be used to buy back old shares.

Krystal Integrated

Krystal Integrated is the second mainboard IPO that will happen next week. It will start on March 14 and end on March 18. A new offering of ₹175 crore and an offer to sell up to 1,750,000 shares with a market value of ₹10 each make up the first IPO.

SME Segment IPOs

This week, five IPOs in the small and medium-sized business (SME) group will go public. They are Pratham EPC, Signoria Creation, Royal Sense, KP Green Engineering, etc. All of these are aiming to use their issue to raise about ₹300 crore.

People can sign up for the Pratham EPC IPO from March 11 to March 13. The price range for the issue is set at ₹71 to 75 per share. Sign ups for AVP Infracon’s general issue will begin on March 13 and end on March 15.

The initial public offerings (IPOs) of Royal Sense and Signoria Creation will begin on March 12, and the registration period will end on March 14. Signoria’s price range is set at ₹61–65 per share, and Royal Sense’s price range is set at ₹68 per share.

This week, KP Green Engineering will become the largest small business to ever go public on the stock market. It will go on sale March 15 and end March 19. The price range for the issue is ₹137 to ₹144 per share. The company wants to raise about ₹190 crore through the issue.
